Scientist Stuart Conway (Sean Astin) has planned a bank heist, but he doesn't mean any harm. All he wants is to try out his new invention, a machine he calls the Slipstream Device, which allows its user to travel 10 minutes back in time. But his plan goes awry when he realizes that a group of dangerous criminals have chosen the exact same time to execute their very real heist.
