We hope you love what you ordered, but in case you don’t, you can return your purchase if:
- Product is damaged or defective
- Product is not as described
How long do I have to make a return?
All items must be returned according to the instructions below within 30 days.

Purchases that are returned according to this policy will receive:
- A full refund
- A partial refund
- A replacement product

Return Shipping Instructions
You can send your purchase back to us, at your expense. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process your return according to our policy.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Please contact us about any problems with orders as some returns can be avoided.
All used discs have been refurbished and tested before shipping so if they do not play on your machine please try a cleaner on your player and look to see if any oil is on the disk from the refurbish process, they sometimes need to be lightly wiped off.
In the event a return is needed a refund will be issued once the product has been received back .
New products that have been opened will be refunded 50% of the purchase price.
If during return the item is damaged or not received in the condition sent 50% of the purchase price will be refunded.
All media items will be refunded for media mail postage which will be added to the refund.
Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt .

( Most discs are purposely shipped over 3/4 of a inch thick media mail to avoid auto sorters which often damage the items so it is advised buyers use same packing and shipping on returns )
